NSW Creative Kids Vouchers

Service NSW has introduced new $50 Creative and Active Kids Vouchers.

Art Est continues to be a registered Provider for the NSW Government Active and Creative Kids Program. Your $50 Voucher can be redeemed for our term courses and school holiday workshops in 2024. 

How to enrol using your Creative Kids Voucher

Due to changes with the new vouchers, we are unable to process them through the online checkout. Please call 95641519 or email your voucher to us to art@artest.com.au with the following information:

1. Child's full name
2. Child's date of birth
3. Parent/Guardian name and mobile phone number
4. Details of classes you wish to enrol them in (name of class, age group, date and time for each class and child)
5. If you are enrolling with Art Est for the first time, please also provide:
6. Your street address
7. Alternate contact (another parent/adult) name and mobile in case of emergency
8. Any medical conditions or special needs we should be aware of
9. How you heard about Art Est.

We will then contact you for payment of the balance of fees and any other information we may need.

Please note:

We cannot retrospectively apply the Creative Kids Voucher if you have already enrolled and paid.

We are no longer able to accept Creative Kids Vouchers using the online checkout due to changes in the program. Please phone or email to enrol using your Creative Kids Voucher.

If you have enrolled online previously using your Creative Kids Voucher, it is your responsibility to check that the voucher has been redeemed in your Service NSW Account and your booking is confirmed and paid for.

Art Est will not be responsible for any unredeemed vouchers or booking errors.

Special Terms and conditions

If you have already enrolled your child for any term class or workshop and paid the full fee, you cannot retrospectively use a Creative Kids voucher.

All our usual discounts such as early bird and sibling discounts still apply for term courses

All our usual terms and conditions apply to your enrolment

You will need to pay the difference between the invoice total and the Creative Kids Voucher amount. 

Art Est will not be held responsible for any unredeemed vouchers or booking errors

You must book a class at the time of redeeming your voucher with us. This can be for a class in the future within the 2024 calendar year.
