Swap paint for pure merino wool and fabrics as you create a vibrant 2D artwork, blending colour, texture, and imagination. Whether you want to bring your favourite landscape to life, craft a unique abstract design, or sketch a still life in felt, this workshop offers a fresh, creative approach to artistic expression.
What to Expect
- Learn the basics of felting techniques and how to work with merino wool and fabrics.
- Follow step-by-step guidance from Denise Lithgow as you design and create your artwork.

What You Will Achieve
- A completed 2D felt artwork, ready to hang or display, inspired by your chosen scene or design.

What to Bring
- An image of your favourite landscape, seascape, still life, or abstract concept for inspiration (optional).
- Pens, notebook
- Plain bath towel (used for rolling and felting)
- Please bring $25 cash for your tutor who will supply all other materials, including merino wool, yarns, and fabrics.
- Tea and coffee is provided, please bring some lunch.
