Let's make a cute Fairy or Emperor Penguin in clay in this fun ceramics workshop. Learn basic clay hand-building techniques so you can make your sculpture sturdy, then paint it in underglazes to give it colour and personality.
What will students take home?
A fired ceramic sculpture. The artworks made in this class will be fired in our kiln so kids will not take their artwork home on the day. The work needs to dry out before bisque firing, we then glaze the work and fire again in our kiln. We will send you an email notifying you when to collect your artwork so keep an eye on your inbox. Please allow about 3 weeks until they are ready to collect.
